Digital Downloads

βœ… Instant delivery Digital books (PDF format) are available to download immediately after payment is confirmed. A download link is sent to your email address and remains valid for 30 days with up to 5 downloads.

If you do not receive your download email within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder. If the issue persists, contact support@rawissimo.com with your order number.

Digital books cannot be refunded once downloaded, as they are immediately accessible custom-created products. You acknowledge this before completing your purchase.

Production time

All printed RAWISSIMO books are made to order. Production takes 3–5 working days from the moment your order is confirmed.

Tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number when your book ships. Most carriers provide live tracking. If your tracking shows no movement after 3 working days of dispatch, contact us.

Customs & duties

Orders shipped outside the UK and EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the RAWISSIMO price. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Returns & Refunds

Personalised books β€” important note

Because every RAWISSIMO printed book is personalised and made to order specifically for you, it is exempt from the standard 14-day right of cancellation under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive β€” except where the book is faulty or not as described.

This is consistent with the legal exemption for goods made to a consumer's specification. We always show you a full preview before payment to ensure you are satisfied before we print.

Faulty or damaged books

βœ… Free replacement, no questions asked If your book arrives damaged, with a printing defect, or significantly different from the preview you approved β€” we will send a replacement at no charge. Email support@rawissimo.com within 14 days of delivery with a photograph of the issue and your order number. You do not need to return the book.

Cancellations

You may cancel a printed book order within 2 hours of placing it, before production begins. Contact support@rawissimo.com immediately with your order number. After production has begun, cancellation is not possible for printed books.

How to request a refund or replacement

  1. Email support@rawissimo.com with your order number
  2. Include a photograph of the issue if the book is damaged or faulty
  3. We will confirm receipt within 2 working days
  4. Replacements are dispatched within 3–5 working days of confirmation
  5. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method
