2. Services Provided
Rawissimo provides AI-generated personalised story books in both digital and printed formats. Our services include:
- Custom story generation based on user-provided information
- AI-generated illustrations personalised to user specifications
- Digital PDF downloads
- Printed book production and delivery
- Account management and order history
3. User Accounts
To purchase and create books, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Content and Intellectual Property
Your Content
When you provide information (names, descriptions, photos) to create a book, you grant Rawissimo a limited license to use this content solely to generate and deliver your personalised book.
Generated Content
Stories and illustrations generated by Rawissimo are provided for personal use only. You receive a non-exclusive license to use your purchased book content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Our Platform
The Rawissimo platform, including our website, software, and AI models, remains the exclusive property of Rawissimo and is protected by intellectual property laws.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include any required taxes. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, though changes will not affect orders already placed.
6. Delivery and Returns
Digital Products
Digital books are delivered via email immediately upon successful payment. Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
Physical Products
Printed books are produced and shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary by location. Physical books may be returned within 14 days if they arrive damaged or defective.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
- Upload harmful code or malicious content
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Resell or redistribute content generated by our service
- Use our service to create offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
