RAWISSIMO is one of the only personalised book platforms offering multilingual corporate orders — English, French, German and Romanian — with native-language content for each recipient. Match the gift to the recipient's home language, not just your company's language.
Genuinely personalised
A name on the cover of a generic book is not personalisation. RAWISSIMO books are personalised to each recipient — their name, their child's name, a message from leadership, in their language. The recipient feels it was made for them. Because it was.
Multilingual by design
Your team speaks English, French, German and Romanian. Your clients are across Europe and beyond. RAWISSIMO matches the language to the recipient — not to your company's default. A French employee receives a French book. A Romanian client receives a Romanian book.
A gift that lasts decades
Branded merchandise is disposed of. Wine is drunk. Vouchers expire. A premium illustrated book with a child's name on it — in their home language, with a message from your leadership team — sits on a shelf for twenty years. So does your brand impression.
Adult books for senior recipients
Forever creates bespoke adult books for retirements, leadership milestones and senior client relationships. A retirement book narrating someone's career as an adventure — written and illustrated — is in a different category from any other corporate gift.
Fully managed delivery
For orders over 50 books, we assign a dedicated account manager who handles production coordination, quality review, shipping logistics and post-delivery support. You provide the recipient list. We handle the rest.
Invoice and PO payments
Corporate orders can be settled by invoice, bank transfer or purchase order. No requirement to pay by card. Net-30 payment terms available for verified business accounts with orders over £2,000.
Employee Appreciation

Every book in a corporate order is personalised individually to its recipient. There is no batch-printing of identical gifts with a company logo — each book is genuinely different.
You provide a recipient list with the relevant details. We handle the personalisation, production and delivery of each book.
Tell us about your order and we will send a detailed proposal within 2 business days. No commitment required at this stage.
The minimum corporate order is 10 books. Orders of fewer than 10 can be placed individually through the standard RAWISSIMO website at full price. Volume discounts begin at 10 books and increase at 25, 50 and 200 units.
Yes — for orders of 50 or more books. The logo is placed tastefully on the dedication page alongside the personalised message from your leadership team. Full-cover or spine branding is not available as it conflicts with the book's illustration design. Company branding is intentionally subtle — the focus remains on the child and the gift.
For Yours corporate orders, each recipient receives a secure personalisation link by email. They complete the personalisation form — including photo upload if applicable — privately. Details are never shared with the ordering company. This protects employee and client privacy and ensures each book is genuinely personalised to the individual rather than guessed by HR.
English, French, German and Romanian — all written natively. A mixed-language corporate order is fully supported: you provide the recipient list with language preferences, and each book is produced in the specified language. This makes RAWISSIMO particularly suitable for European businesses with teams across multiple countries.
Yes. For orders of 25 or more books, we produce a sample personalised book at no charge before the full order is confirmed. You can review quality, illustration style and personalisation approach before committing. Sample production takes 5–7 working days. For orders under 25 books, we recommend ordering a single Yours book through the standard website to assess quality.
Yes. Personal data processed as part of a corporate order — including recipient names, child names, photos and addresses — is handled in accordance with RAWISSIMO's Privacy Policy and UK/EU GDPR. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available for corporate clients who require it as part of their own compliance obligations. Please request this when submitting your quote.
