How can we help?
Answers to the questions parents ask most before, during and after creating a story.
Creating your first story
Most stories are ready in a few minutes. We write the text, generate the scene descriptions, and illustrate all 8 pages plus the cover in one pass — you'll see a progress screen while it works.
A clear, well-lit photo where the face is visible and takes up a good portion of the frame. Natural light, facing forward, no hats or heavy shadows. JPG, PNG or WebP, maximum 10 MB.
English, French, Spanish, Romanian and Arabic. Arabic is fully live today as we build out our UAE and MENA presence.
Yes. Every theme card is a starting point — you can always describe your own setting and adventure in the custom theme box instead.
What you pay for
One full illustrated story: 8 pages plus a cover, a printable coloring page of your hero, an interactive flipbook, a shareable permanent link, AI audio narration, and a high-resolution PDF download. Animated video costs 2 credits extra. Credits never expire.
Your credit is automatically refunded — no questions asked. If you're not satisfied with the result, contact us and we'll make it right.
No. Buy a pack whenever suits you and use the credits whenever you're ready — for a birthday, a holiday, or just because.
Downloading & sharing
Yes — every story includes a high-resolution PDF export, built for printing at home or through a print shop.
Every story gets a permanent, shareable link so grandparents and family anywhere in the world can flip through it — no account required on their end.
Yes — AI narration is generated automatically in the story's language, so it can be listened to on any device.
Your child's photo
It's used only to generate the illustrated character, processed by our AI illustration partners, and deleted from our servers within 90 days of generation. It never appears publicly, and no staff member views it unless you contact support about an issue — for example, a problem with your delivery.
Only a parent, legal guardian, or the adult pictured in the photo. We require explicit consent before any photo is processed — see our Privacy Policy for details.
